Is there a cost to attend any of the Spring Back to Vail concerts or events?

The Spring Back to Vail concerts are FREE but VIP tickets are available for purchase.

What is the status of Spring Back to Vail pertaining to the COVID-19 Virus?

3-12-20: Highline is proactively monitoring the COVID-19 Virus as it pertains to Spring Back to Vail. We are planning to move forward with the events as scheduled with additional precautions for health and safety for all guests and concert goers. This is a constantly evolving situation, and Highline is following the CDC Guidelines with regard to large gatherings, and urge anyone who has any symptoms or concerns about their health to self-monitor, and choose not to attend Spring Back to Vail. The health and safety of attendees is always our number one priority, and we will act accordingly as the situation continues to unfold. We are looking forward to yet another fun – and safe – Spring Back to Vail! Please check back for up to date information.

 

Where will the concerts and events take place?

The concerts will take place in the Ford Park parking lot and is outdoors so attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately. Venue is standing room only and winter conditions may exist.

 

The Spring Back to Vail Festival Village will be located at Mountain Plaza at the base of Gondola One.

 

The Spring Back to Vail Block Party will be located in Vail Village on Willow Bridge Road near International Bridge.

Where should I park for the concerts and events at Spring Back to Vail?

Parking is available in either the Vail Village or Lionshead parking structures on South Frontage Road. Street parking is not permitted until all public parking facilities are completely full.

 

Town of Vail and Eagle County offer extensive public transit systems. Please enjoy Spring Back to Vail responsibly and make your transportation plans ahead of time.

 

ACCESS TO THE FORD PARK CONCERTS:

  • NO PASSENGER VEHICLES ALLOWED at the Ford Park parking lot concert venue: Ride share, Limos and Hotel Shuttles may drop off at the bus turn around at the Ford Park concert venue until 7PM each night. No pick-ups will be available at the Ford Park concert venue after 7PM.

  • WALK: Concert attendees can walk from the village.

  • BUS: Take the FREE Express Town of Vail bus from Vail Transportation Center OR top level of Lionshead parking structure.

Is there ADA parking/access at the concert venue?

Yes, there will be an ADA parking area and viewing section at the Ford Park concert venue but due to the nature of the venue, space is limited. Please contact our concert promoter with questions on parking or any additional ADA services: info@gohighline.com.

What am I allowed to bring into the concerts?

Please leave the following at home, as attendees will be denied entry should any attempt be made to bring them into event venues: large bags/backpacks, coolers, alcohol/drugs, bottles/glass containers, cans, dogs and other animals, chairs, weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to firearms and knives), laser pointers of any kind, signs attached to a stick or pole, recording devices, professional still cameras, video cameras and drones.

Please note that event management retains the right to make the final decision on prohibited items. Furthermore, specific concert or event security policies may create additions to the list above. All guests entering the venues are subject to search by metal-detecting wands and/or pat-downs.

Additionally, all small bags and purses are subject to search at venue entrances. Attendees will see an increased security and police presence both inside and outside the concert venue.

Can I buy food and beverage onsite at the concerts? 
Yes, food and beverages will be available to purchase at the Ford Park concert venue. Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks will also be available for purchase. ID is required to purchase and consume alcohol.

Do you accept credit cards onsite at the concerts? 
No, the Ford Park concert venue is cash only but ATMs will be onsite for concert goers.

 

What can I expect to find at the Spring Back to Vail Festival Villages?

The Festival Village will be open at the base of Gondola One from 9AM to 4PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Guests can expect to find numerous brand expos, demos, organization information, and product samples in this area from event sponsors.

 

The Block Party in Vail Village on Willow Bridge Road near International Bridge will be open from 11AM – 6PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

By entering this venue, you agree your name, voice, likeness, and image may e used in future broadcast, webcast, print or other media, whether or not now known, and/or distribution of this production, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional or any other use by, Spring Back to Vail, Highline, other event sponsors and suppliers, and those acting by or through their authority, without any compensation whatsoever. When you #hashtag your photo and/or video, you authorize Spring Back to Vail, Highline, other event sponsors and suppliers, and those acting by or through their authority, to use your photo and/or video without any compensation whatsoever. 

This venue is part of a winter environment. Please plan ahead and proceed with caution.
